Terms of Purchase

Care2Luck is operated by FYM LITRUST LLC, 124 Brentwood Blvd, Gulfport, Mississippi, USA.

Commercial service packages

Customers may purchase a displayed US$1, US$10, US$100, or US$500 service package for an approved project plan. Each purchase pays Care2Luck for the planning, coordination, implementation support, verification, and reporting activities described on the applicable project page. A purchase is not a charitable donation, does not transfer funds into a charitable trust, and is not represented as tax-deductible.

Project availability

Only plans marked available for purchase accept payment. Research-only plans are informational and remain closed until required partner, legal, compliance, clinical, or operational reviews are complete.

Payment and acceptance

An order is accepted after successful payment through the hosted checkout provider. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Customers must use a payment method they are authorized to use.

Delivery and updates

Delivery timing and activities depend on the project plan, partner availability, required approvals, and operating conditions. Care2Luck provides customer-visible progress records but does not guarantee implementation, financing, regulatory approval, beneficiary outcomes, or any particular result.

Customer use

Project materials and updates are for customer information and decision support. They are not medical, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

Refunds and privacy

The Refund and Dispute Policy forms part of these terms. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Notice.
