Terms of Purchase

Care2Luck is operated by FYM LITRUST LLC, 124 Brentwood Blvd, Gulfport, Mississippi, USA.
Commercial service packages
Customers purchase the planning, coordination, implementation support, verification, and reporting activities described on the selected project page. A purchase is not a charitable donation and is not represented as tax-deductible.
One-time and monthly purchases
A one-time purchase is charged once. A monthly purchase renews automatically each month until cancelled. Billing information and cancellation are available through the Stripe-hosted customer portal in the Care2Luck account.
Project availability
Only plans marked available for purchase accept payment. Research-only plans remain closed until required partner, legal, compliance, clinical, or operational reviews are complete.
Payment and acceptance
An order is accepted after successful hosted payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Failed renewals may be retried and may move a subscription into a past-due, unpaid, or cancelled state.
Delivery and updates
Timing depends on the project plan, partners, approvals, and operating conditions. Care2Luck provides progress records but does not guarantee implementation, regulatory approval, beneficiary outcomes, or any particular result.
Customer use
Project materials are for customer information and decision support, not medical, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.
