Refund and Dispute Policy

Before work begins
A customer may request cancellation and a full refund before Care2Luck begins substantive work on the purchased service.
After work begins
Refund eligibility is based on the uncompleted portion and any disclosed non-recoverable costs. Completed and delivered work is generally not refundable except where required by law or where the service materially fails to match the confirmed scope.
Unable to deliver
If Care2Luck cannot deliver the confirmed service, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Report duplicate, technically erroneous, or suspected unauthorized charges promptly. Care2Luck will investigate and coordinate with the payment provider as appropriate.
How to request help
Email kent2025web3@gmail.com with the purchaser email, transaction date, amount, and reason. Do not send complete card numbers or security codes.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing times may vary.
