Care2Luck is operated by FYM LITRUST LLC. This notice covers website visits, support inquiries, account access, and service purchases.
Information we receive
We may receive your name, email, organization, inquiry details, and documents you provide. Google sign-in may provide a verified email, display name, account identifier, and profile image; we do not receive your Google password.
Payments
Card information is entered with the hosted payment provider. Care2Luck may receive transaction identifiers, status, amount, currency, purchase time, customer email, and service description.
Use and sharing
Information is used to provide services, secure accounts, prevent fraud, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. It is shared only with necessary providers, advisers, or authorities when required. Care2Luck does not sell personal information.
Retention and security
Sessions expire after seven days. Records may be retained as required by law. Controls include encrypted transport, secure HTTP-only cookies, access controls, and provider-hosted checkout.
Your choices
For access, correction, or deletion requests, email support@care2luck.com. Some records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.
